Savage
Savage (picture below) is one of not only my favorite veggie restaurants in town, but in general one of my favorite restaurants in Brussels. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and food is excellent (without being too expensive). Savage also has the option to add a dish of meat of fish, for those looking to add a little extra protein :).

Nestled discreetly with a dual façade resembling a gallery and intimate dining room, Kitchen 151 in Brussels, owned by Simona, is a great Mediterranean restaurant with family style dishes meant for sharing. Simona’s attentive presence, both in her delectable dishes and personal customer check-ins, adds a warm touch. During a large group visit, the accommodating staff seamlessly handled various dietary requests, presenting a range of appealing vegan and vegetarian options. Simona also has a great cookbook so you can take the awesome dishes home with you!

Nyyo
While not explicitly a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, Nyyo is a terrific, new Vietnamese restaurant that is very accommodating to vegan and vegetarians located on Rue du Bailli.
Helmed by a dynamic owner, the restaurant has quickly become a must-visit culinary oasis in the heart of the city. The warm atmosphere, attentive staff, and shareable small plates make for a convivial dining experience. While the menu excels in tempting pork dishes, vegetarians and vegans are equally well-catered to with a thoughtfully crafted selection, ensuring a delightful foodie adventure for all.

TERO features a creative tapas-style menu prioritizing local and seasonal ingredients, largely sourced from Belgian farms. The trendy atmosphere caters well to vegetarians and vegans, with options for meat and fish enthusiasts. While the setting is lively, it may not be ideal for intimate conversations. The concept of sharing small plates can be logistically challenging, and the overall value for the price is a consideration. Nevertheless, TERO is recommended for an enjoyable evening with friends, family, or a date.

Tich
Tich is a spacious, modern café in Sablon with plenty of space to meet friends for a light brunch or enjoy a coffee. Also complete with stadium seating! Tich offers a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options and non-diary milks.
One of my favorite things about Tich that keeps bringing me back is that it is a perfect spot to be alone, but not feel lonely. The spacious café has a lively vibe and is great for hanging out with a book or meet a friend for a light brunch. There are plenty of sofa chairs scattered around tables, as well as a separate room of stadium seating.
L’Aubette
L’Aubette, in the Marolles, is a great brunch or coffee spot to enjoy a break while exploring Rue Haute and Rue Blaes. It is a cozy bistro/cafe with great options for meat eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans! With hearty brunch offerings. Located in the heart of one of Brussel’s most eclectic shopping streets, the large windows make it an excellent spot for Sunday people watching!
